About Me
I’m 28 and live with my husband Mark and our three beautiful children, Josh who is eight, Alissia who is two and our brand new baby girl Mia, who was born in June. When I’m not being a mum, I am a store manager for a high street fashion brand. My kids are the world to me and I would do anything for them!
My Baby
We were delighted when Mia arrived and completed our family. Life is a little crazy, with three children under our roof, especially with two under two years, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Mia is a very happy, relaxed baby. She needs to be, as she gets smothered in kisses from her older brother and sister all the time!
My happiest moment
In 2012, when my daughter Alissia was six months old, she was diagnosed with a rare children's cancer, and we spent the majority of her first year in Great Ormond Street Hospital. It was a really hard time for the whole family, but the day she was given the all clear was one of our happiest days. Now Mia has joined us, we’re thrilled.
Why I wanted to be a Happiness Tester
We felt we missed out on experiencing some of the ‘firsts’ and different growing stages with Alissia, as we spent so much of her first year in a hospital room and she couldn’t enjoy all the development toys to help her grow. We just had to wait that bit longer and do it all once she was better. It’ll be really nice to be able to enjoy those stages properly with Mia. I can’t wait for her to have some fantastic new products to try out and it’s something we can do as a family.
